Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess whether people with high-risk neuroblastoma have an additional benefit in terms of survival and tumor response of anti-GD2 antibody added to the post-consolidation therapy after high-dose chemotherapy and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation as compared to placebo or no therapy, and whether anti-GD2 antibody has adverse events and impact on quality of life.
