Abstract

Correction to: Naturehttps://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-026-10214-2 Published online 11 March 2026 In the version of the article initially published, the oncoplot in Fig. 1a contained errors which have now been corrected. These include mismatched color of fusion genes, three samples incorrectly included in the plot, the sex of cell line and PDX of BT165, and missing scRNAseq annotation of sample STEPN-14. These errors do not affect the results or conclusions of this study. Figure 1 has been amended in the HTML and PDF versions of the article, as seen in Fig. 1, below. We have also amended Supplementary Table 1 to reflect these changes. (Figure presented.)
