Samenvatting
(Developmental Cell 19, 259–269; August 17, 2010) The authors were notified of a post on PubPeer on March 23, 2024, highlighting duplicate images in Figures 4A and 6G. Upon investigation of the original source data, they found that during assembly of the manuscript, the wrong image was included for representative phospho-Akt staining of VillinCreER Fakfl/fl mice in Figure 4A. The authors have amended Figure 4A to include the correct original images showing representative phospho-Akt staining of WT control and VillinCreER Fakfl/fl mice. The updated figure is shown below. The authors have also provided additional information in the legend for Figure S1H to highlight that a higher-magnification image of c-Myc IHC on AhCre Mycfl/flRosa26c-Myc/+ intestine at 6 days PI and 3 days following 14Gy irradiation is shown in Figure S1I. The correct legend for Figures S1H and S1I is “c-Myc IHC on AhCre Mycfl/flRosa26c-Myc/+ intestine at 6 days PI and 3 days following 14Gy irradiation. Note small dying crypts express c-Myc in the nuclei (higher-magnification image is shown in Figure S1I).” The authors apologize for these errors and state that they do not affect the results described in the figures or the conclusions of the article.
